The first Foxy Bingo Show aired on Sky Interactive on 26th January 2009 after the new Foxy Bingo advert aired in the ad break of Coronation Street and last approximately 5 minutes. There doesn’t really appear to be a Foxy Bingo Show format as such although currently only one show has aired so the format cannot be determined until the next show airs.

The first screening saw a mish-mash of sections throughout the five minute show with the most obvious theme being the advertisement of the £1 million worth of guaranteed jackpots being given away at Foxy Bingo between 26th January and 28th February 2009.

If you could define a Foxy Bingo Show format then watching the show would lead to the following conclusions:-

Part of the show is dedicated to winners; whether it is big cash winners or prize winners from the online bingo site of Foxy Bingo. There are segments where players chat with Rowland Rivron on the phone and another where the Foxy Bingo Show team surprise a lucky winner at their home.

Another part of the Foxy Bingo Show is called “Behind the Sofa” where a special guest appears from behind the couch that Rowland Rivron is sat on. The first “guest” appearance was of a Chinese Elvis; quite apt as the first screening was on Chinese New Year. Whether this is to be an integral part of the Foxy Bingo Show format is yet to be seen.

There is also a competition section, in the first Foxy Bingo Show this was called Rowland’s Sock. Viewers where shown a pair of socks and invited to email into the show with suggestions as to who would be most suited to where the socks shown. The socks on the first Foxy Bingo Show were blue with hamburgers as a pattern.

So far we have only seen one show so it is yet to be seen if this will be the Foxy Bingo Show format or if the Sky Interactive show will choose to run without a set format.
